Ecoprinting uses natural dyes from
locally sourced plants to create
extraordinary color, pattern, and
texture onto natural fibers.
The plants are tightly bound onto
pre-mordanted cloth and steamed,
creating permanent transfer of form
and pigment from plants to fiber.
The cloth is then dried, aged,
washed, and ironed.
The process is highly variable.
Each piece is one-of-a-kind.
